As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I offer a unique therapeutic space built on over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and the performing arts. I specialize in empowering artists, performers, and creators of all genres—from musicians and actors to visual artists and writers—to navigate the unique challenges of the creative life. My approach is warm, respectful, and deeply client-centered, drawing upon proven techniques like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address issues like performance anxiety, creative blocks, perfectionism, grief and loss, and work/life balance. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just beginning your creative journey, my goal is to provide high-quality, ethical counseling and coaching to help you achieve your personal goals and improve your overall well-being, both on stage and off.

My background is not only in counseling but also in teaching, directing, and performing—I hold graduate degrees in both Social Work, (Master of Social Work, Westfield State University) and Music and Performing Arts Professions, (Master of Arts, New York University). This dual expertise means I genuinely understand the pressures of auditions, the vulnerability of creation, and the demanding cycles of the artistic career. Having served as an Education Manager, Theatre Director, and Adjunct Professor in music and theatre, I can offer an insightful perspective that moves beyond general mental health support to address the core struggles of the artistic identity. I am dedicated to helping you harness your creative energy, develop essential coping skills, and build a more fulfilling life by integrating your authentic self with your ambitious artistic pursuits.
